Job Description

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Recreate process flow diagrams in editable form using
MS PowerPoint
following
BPMN methodology
.
Update process flows and documents as per inputs from respective functions/departments.
Edit and maintain document content in
MS Word
with proper sequencing, grammatical accuracy, and integration of graphics.
Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
Link process flows with associated documents and store in
SharePoint
.
Initiate approval workflows for updated processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in
process mapping
and
documentation
.
Proficiency in
MS Office tools
(PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of
BPMN method
for process flow creation.
Strong grammar, formatting, and visual content creation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in corporate documentation or process management roles.
Strong organizational and progress tracking skills.

Other Traits:

Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
Quick adaptability to task changes.
Problem-solving approach to remove roadblocks.
