Customer Support Executives

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined timelines.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Document interactions and update records in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Freshers are welcome (0–1 year of customer support experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts if required).
  • Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.
