Training Duration: 20 Days

Shift: Rotational shift

Roles and Responsibilities:

●  Communicate with advertisers and internal sales and services teams via phone, email, chat and video

conferencing as needed
 Perform and verify the implementation of products with customers Give guidance, and support, and train customers on how to use the products Employ strong, clear communication skills with your customers and colleagues, displaying yourenthusiasm and a desire to succeed Deliver high-quality service to your customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoringmeasures

Interview Details:

Mode: Virtual

Level 1: Telephonic Round

Level 2: Versant

Level 3: HR Interview

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2020 to 2023 Passed out in any degree
• Consistent academic record of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG
• Maximum of 2 years of gap in education and not beyond
• 0-1 year experience candidates.
• Open only to Indian nationals
• Flexible to relocate to anywhere in India and work in any shift or domain
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of Google Ads
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and industry knowledge

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
