Job Description

We're looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to be the primary technical liaison for our customers, guiding them from initial concept through project completion. You'll be crucial in shaping our technical offerings and ensuring customer success. Key Responsibilities: Customer Technical Relationship: Own the technical relationship with customers, providing expert guidance throughout their project journey. Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical expertise for RFQs, qualify opportunities, and develop comprehensive techno-commercial proposals. Project Execution: Manage all post-order technical aspects and documentation, ensuring customer approval. Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between customers, internal teams, and vendors. Innovation & Improvement: Drive innovation through concept proving and prototyping; maintain project documentation for continuous improvement. Value-Driven Solutions: Enhance competitiveness by promoting Value Engineering and developing future technologies and solutions. Training & Optimization: Conduct technical training and champion process automation and optimization for improved efficiency. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate data in CRM/ProMIS and participate in opportunity pipeline reviews. Preferred candidate profile Experienced into Projects into Hydralics or Electronics
