Job Description

Process Excellence Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute process improvement projects across business units using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies
  • Identify inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of process changes
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and automation opportunities
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership on project outcomes and recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in process improvement, preferably within the insurance industry
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
