Job Description

Process Excellence Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute process improvement projects across business units using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies
Identify inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs
Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of process changes
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement
Support digital transformation initiatives and automation opportunities
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership on project outcomes and recommendations

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 7 years of experience in process improvement, preferably within the insurance industry
Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
