Process Excellence Consultant

You will be working as a Process Excellence Consultant at Wipro Limited which is a leading technology services and consulting company. In this role, your responsibilities will include leading consulting assignments to deliver business value to customers through quality initiatives, supporting process excellence initiatives, driving improvement projects in a complex environment, and implementing benchmarking best practices across accounts. Your main tasks will involve identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in business processes, understanding potential customer dissatisfaction drivers, and proactively mitigating any risks. You will collaborate closely with customers and the operations leadership team to identify improvement opportunities and drive them to closure. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and ensuring governance for Quality/Process Excellence initiatives for Large Engagements. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Allied Health Sciences courses. A Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is preferred. You should have prior experience as an Excellence head in the outsourcing/offshoring industry and managing Quality/Process Excellence initiatives for Large Engagements. Hands-on experience in driving Six Sigma and lean projects, managing transformational programs, and working in cross-functional teams is crucial. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to manage internal stakeholders and customers effectively. Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint is necessary. Exposure to driving high-impact transformation projects involving technology and process re-engineering is a plus. Experience with Maps is considered an advantage in this role.
