If you really want to make a difference - make it with us Your new role challenging and future-oriented Carry out Basic and Detail Engineering of Combine cycle power plants and coal based power plants (Balance of Plant systems) Preparation of Heat Balance diagram and performance curves based on customer requirements. Develop Water balance diagrams and sizing calculation for cooling water system (both once through and with cooling tower) Develop System P&IDs and System Descriptions for Water Steam Cycle (Steam, reheat, condensate, feed water systems), HRSG systems, Cooling Water System and Auxiliary cooling Water Systems. Perform sizing calculation of components e.g. Feedwater Pump, Condensate Pumps, Circulating Water Pumps, Heat Ex changers, Tanks and Pressure vessels, hybrid cooling towers, air cooled condensers etc. Develop Design Data sheets of Control Valves, Bypass Valves, Safety Relief Valves and Flow elements Preparation of Component RFQ such as Feedwater Pumps, Condensate Extraction Pumps, Circulating Water Pumps, Compressed Air System, Tanks and Heat Exchanger Bid Evaluation and post order engineering of above referred components Conversant with International codes e.g. ASME, API, HIS, ISO, AWWA etc. Preparation of Fups and HMIs (plant logics) is added advantage. We dont need superheroes, just super minds B.E. / B. Tech/ M. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with around 15 years of relevant work experience. Conversant with Combined cycle power plant (CCPP) process and coal based power plants. Knowledge of HRSG, Steam & Water cycle and Cooling Water cycle Knowledge of Thermodynamics, Fluid mechanics and Heat and mass transfer Knowledge of international codes and standards.
