Working experience in Electro mechanical / Mechanical / Electronic Productassembly, Box build assembly, Process design & development, Validation, Trialsand Prove out. Knowledge in Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA ,Control plan, APQP, PPAP,SPC Skill to handle assembly fixtures, pneumatic, electrical andelectronic and test equipment is necessary To be an effective team member to work with Cross Functional Teamto reduce the product development lead time Knowledge in Lean manufacturing, VSM, Pokayoke,SMED is essential Knowledge in Press operations /Injectionmoulding, powder coating, etc is necessary Benefits Transfer of Mr.Harikrishnan to Powder coating with refer to the discussion had with Mr.N.
