2.Continual improvement to improve Efficiency and Quality.
1. Develop and optimize SMT manufacturing processes to achieve the highest quality and productivity.
2. Continuous improvement in existing process to minimize defects and increase yields.
3. To develop BOM, SOP, ECN,PCN, Process flow and PFMEA based on product manufacturing requirements.
4. To maintain Stencil, Jig-Fixture based on product.
5. To Maintain Reflow and WSM profile.
6. To make standards for Consumables items.
7. Continuous Workers Training for New Process and Product.
8. Able to maintain the product and process requirement.
