Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Executive and support
end-to-end process engineering
activities for new and ongoing manufacturing projects.
Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Conduct
process capability studies
, time and motion studies, and root cause analyses to resolve production issues.
Develop and implement
Lean Manufacturing
and
Six Sigma
initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with R&D, quality, maintenance, and production teams to support
product launches
and process changes.
Prepare and maintain
process documentation
, including SOPs, PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions.
Evaluate and implement new equipment, tools, and automation solutions.
Ensure compliance with
EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety)
standards and industry regulations.
Manage
project timelines
, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Train production staff and ensure knowledge transfer of new processes.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

BE/ B.Tech Chemical Engineering

Experience Required:

Skills required:

Proficiency in using engineering software

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
