Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer at Gate Manufacturing Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will be responsible for accurately estimating and optimizing cycle times, designing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes, and creating detailed process flow sheets to ensure smooth execution. Your role will involve monitoring processes to maintain quality standards, leading initiatives to improve processes and enhance productivity, and working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturability issues. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with expertise in CAD tools such as Catia V5 and Siemens NX. You should possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly operations, and tooling applications, along with knowledge in Process Optimization techniques and Process Control. Additionally, familiarity with process optimization techniques, tooling selection, and tool life optimization is desirable. The ideal candidate will be motivated, confident, and passionate about innovation, with a disciplined and ambitious approach to work. You should have a strong sense of integrity and be able to work effectively in a team environment. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, based in Sadasivpet, Sangareddy, Telangana. Candidates should be willing to commute or relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana before starting work.
