Title Setter Operator

As a skilled and experienced Setter at Alcom Extrusions Pvt Ltd, you will be an integral part of our mechanical manufacturing team. With 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience, your main responsibility will be setting up and maintaining machinery in our production environment. Your expertise will ensure the smooth running of production by setting up tools, adjusting machinery, and conducting regular maintenance. Your key responsibilities will include setting up, adjusting, and maintaining production machinery and tooling for optimal performance. You will interpret engineering drawings and specifications to accurately set up machines, conduct pre-production inspections for safety, and perform tooling changes and calibrations as needed. Troubleshooting machine issues, ensuring efficient operations, and collaborating with the production team to optimize machine schedules will be crucial aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have an ITI certification in Fitter, Turner, or related trades with a Setter background. Your 4 to 6 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing, proficiency in reading engineering drawings, and strong mechanical aptitude are essential. Experience with various manufacturing machinery, knowledge of safety practices, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also required. This is a full-time position based in Sadasivpet, Sangareddy.
