About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Process Design Engineer to join our dynamic project team at Vadodara, Gujarat. If you enjoy working on challenging industrial projects, and ensuring quality, this role is for you!

Required Qualifications:

B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical.
6-8 years of experience.
Should have some experience in Chemical industry.

Required Skills:

Equipment list preparation for process requirement (parent & child) in existing or New facility As per process suitability and process flow with consideration of unit operation & layout.
Material handling scheme solid, liquid & solvent (special precaution for Hazardous material)
Preparation of PFD.
Preparation of Material and energy balance.
Preparation P& ID with Control Philosophy- to describe the control logic and interlock schemes for DCS & manual plant.
Preparation of logic & sequence for DCS plant.
Effluent Stream List: Quantities and characteristics of all effluent streams are defined and selection with adequacy.
List of vapor emission sources with appropriate equipment selection.
Utility load calculation.
Evaluation of any legal requirement with consideration of storage & handling.
List of adequate Vacuum system selection as per process suitability with control philosophy.
Any other process engineering activities as desired by Client.
Site visit as and when require, to understand actual site conditions and data collections during process engineering phase.
