As a Process Associate €“ Order to Cash (O2C), you will be responsible for managing Order management and Receivables management. You should be flexible to work in shifts.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Coordinate activities associated with Order to Cash
Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions
Adhere to SLAs and timelines
Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Receivable
Ability to manage Order fulfilment, Collections & Cash payments
Working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles
Proficient in addressing quires and taking follow-up actions
Proficient in MS Office applications
Self-directed and ambitious achiever
Meeting targets effectively
Skilled in thriving under deadlines and contributing to change management
Showcasing strong interpersonal teamwork
