1. B.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical engineering, Chemical engineering.
2. 1012 years experience in industrial water & wastewater treatment projects with reputed consultancy/engineering firms.
3. Expertise in:
(a) Conventional & advanced water/wastewater treatment processes.
(b) Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), RO, UF, MBR, evaporation system.
(c) Hydraulic & mass balance calculations.
4. Proven track record in proposal preparation, cost estimation, and tendering.
5. Good communication, client interaction, and technical writing skills.
1. Prepare technical and commercial proposals for industrial water projects (ETP, STP, ZLD, Desalination).
2. Coordinate with internal engineering teams and vendors for cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and techno-commercial bids.
3. Review tender documents, identify risks/deviations, and prepare pre-bid queries.
4. Support business development teams during client presentations and negotiations
5. Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, mass balance, hydraulic calculations, and design of unit operations.
6. Carry out equipment sizing and specification for pumps, clarifiers, filters, membranes, chemical dosing, etc.
7. Evaluate new technologies and provide value-engineered solutions tailored to client needs.
8. Conduct process simulations, design calculations, and prepare basis of design reports.
9. Support during project execution with design clarifications, troubleshooting, and performance guarantee testing.
