Role Description

This is a full-time Process Coordinator role located at our Faridabad office. The Process Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth business processes, identifying areas for improvement, coordinating projects, maintaining quality standards, and effectively communicating with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating processes and identifying improvements
• Experience in Business Process Improvement and Quality Management
• Project Management skills to oversee and coordinate various projects
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
