Job Title: Process Coordinator
Location: Mumbai (Candidates must be currently residing in Mumbai)
CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves coordinating between departments, following up on tasks, and maintaining accurate data records of the work being done. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in process and operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with different departments to track day-to-day work progress.
• Follow up with employees to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Collect, organise, and enter data related to departmental activities.
• Prepare and maintain reports for management review.
• Escalate issues or delays to the management when necessary.
• Ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments.

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (preferably)
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and follow up consistently.
• Must be currently residing in Mumbai.
