Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to support and monitor the implementation of business workflows. This role involves ensuring that processes are being followed correctly and plans are executed efficiently across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor ongoing processes and ensure adherence to defined workflows
Follow up with internal teams to track task progress and timelines
Support the execution of business plans and process improvement initiatives
Identify and report gaps in implementation or compliance
Maintain and update status reports, trackers, and documentation
Collaborate with teams to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements:

Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Ability to multitask and manage multiple processes effectively
Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
