Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Oversight & Management:Monitor daily operations, ensure procedures are followed, and align actions with process requirements.
  • Process Improvement:Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:Serve as a point of contact between departments to foster collaboration, ensure effective communication, and resolve issues.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation:Address problems that arise with procedures, tools, or personnel, escalating significant issues to process owners.
  • Documentation & Reporting:Maintain detailed records of processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and prepare reports on process performance and improvements for management.
  • Data Analysis:Utilize data and feedback to refine processes, set performance targets, and track key operation standards.
  • Training & Support:Assist in training and supporting team members on new procedures or software systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills:To monitor processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:To coordinate with diverse teams, stakeholders, and other departments effectively.
  • Attention to Detail:To ensure accuracy in documentation, data tracking, and process adherence.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:To address issues that arise within the processes and find practical resolutions.
  • Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and potentially process mapping or project management tools.
