Job Overview:
We are seeking a smart and proactive Female Process Coordinator for our reputed Real Estate firm. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow between departments, and handling challenges effectively. Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities for workflow efficiency
· Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless communication
· Identify and resolve process-related issues
· Assist in implementing process improvements to boost productivity
· Maintain records and data related to internal processes
· Provide basic guidance and support to junior team members
· Assist in administrative tasks and support documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Any Graduate or Equivalent
· 0-6 months of experience in coordination, supervision, or related roles preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently
· Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
· Smart female candidates with leadership traits will be given preference

Pay: ₹9,514.31 - ₹15,758.94 per month
