We Are Hiring – Accountant & Project Coordinator (Contractual Basis)

Job Type : Contractual

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Verification: Check and validate invoices for accuracy and compliance.

Account Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.

Monthly Expense Closing: Manage monthly closing activities and ensure accurate expense reporting.

Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for financial documentation and project updates.

Maintain compliance with accounting standards and ensure secure data handling.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1.5 years and above in accounting and coordination roles.

Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Commerce or Accounting.

Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial procedures.

Proficiency in ERP and MS Excel.

Strong coordination and communication skills for handling project-related activities.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
