Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Coordinator for our Planning Department to oversee follow-ups, manage documentation, and ensure efficient workflow coordination. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel , possess strong organizational skills, and have excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Follow-up Management: Track and coordinate follow-ups with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely task completion. MS Excel Work: Maintain and update reports, analyze data, and generate insights for process improvement. Documentation: Prepare, organize, and manage official records, reports, and process-related documents. Coordination & Planning: Assist the planning department in monitoring project timelines, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks. Communication & Reporting: Collaborate with different departments, provide regular updates, and escalate issues when necessary. Process Improvement: Identify gaps in workflow and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
