Process Coordinator (Operations) Internship

As a proactive and detail-oriented Process Coordinator Intern, your role will involve monitoring workflows, tracking execution, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams. This internship will provide you with exposure to real business operations, people management, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Check if all data is collected and ensure correctness. - Track each step of the workflow and identify delays or deviations. - Follow up with Team Leaders/Supervisors and politely remind them of daily targets. - Coordinate with the DOER (team member executing the task) and escalate if required. - Raise Help Tickets (H.T.), assign them to the right person, and follow up until the issue is resolved. - Take confirmation from the team once issues are closed. - Prepare reports and maintain process compliance.
