Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, support process improvement, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and events.
  • Support project planning and execution.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Perform accurate data entry and reporting using MS Excel & Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and external vendors.
  • Manage office purchases, mail, and documentation in line with company policies.
  • Assist with clerical support, event coordination, and IT issue resolution.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience in administrative coordination (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Work Location: In person
