Role Overview: As a Process Workflow Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the execution of process flowcharts across departments. Your main task will involve ensuring that every task in the workflow is completed within the given timelines. Acting as the communication bridge between departments, you will share task updates and requirements effectively. Keeping detailed records and logs of workflow status, bottlenecks, and resolutions will be crucial in your day-to-day responsibilities. Additionally, you will coordinate with team members to follow up on pending tasks and deadlines, maintaining clarity and accountability throughout the workflow. Flagging delays or process issues and escalating them when necessary will be part of your duties. Your suggestions for workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy will be highly valued.
