Job Description

Note:

Understand quality requirements from both process and target perspectives.
Train new joiners effectively on OB/GYN Medical Coding concepts following established guidelines.
Monitor trainees productivity and quality output according to OJT glide paths and ramp-up targets.
Provide continuous and structured feedback to trainees.
Educate trainees on client specifications, guidelines, and the latest updates in OB/GYN coding.
Conduct one-on-one sessions to address repeated errors and reinforce learning.
Communicate feedback on trainees productivity and quality to Team Leads.
Convey QC feedback effectively to trainees.
Assist Team Leads in early confirmation of trainees by providing valuable inputs.

Job Specifications / Requirements:

Minimum of
3 years of professional and relevant experience
in Medical Coding, preferably in the OB/GYN specialty.
Extensive experience in
coaching and training
as per defined processes.
Proficiency in
various training and coaching strategies
.
Must hold relevant
coding certifications
such as
CPC, CCS, COC, or AHIMA.
Educational Qualification:
Any graduate.
