Process Champion

Role Overview: As the Senior Benefit Operations Analyst at TELUS Digital in Gurgaon/Hybrid with US Shifts, you will hold a crucial position in the Health/Wealth Administration team. Reporting to the Team Manager, your primary responsibilities will include processing and quality checking, process reporting and training, queue allocation & management, updating SOPs and other process documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies, process improvement, and providing timely updates to Assistant Manager and onshore counterparts.
