Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Auditor to lead audits across our clinic, at-home, and online consultation services The auditor will be responsible for evaluating SOP compliance, hygiene standards, and the accuracy of manual data recorded by clinic teamsprimarily maintained in Google Sheets This role is central to ensuring operational consistency and clinical excellence for our pet parent community. Were seeking someone with a passion for building from the ground up (0-to-1 environments), a deep sense of empathy for animals, and ideally, a background as a pet parent or experience with companion animals. Key Responsibilities Conduct SOP audits across clinic, at-home, and online services to ensure all processes are executed as defined. Perform hygiene inspections and assess compliance with cleanliness and safety protocols within clinics. Review and verify checklist compliance including equipment usage, pet handling practices, and consultation flow. Audit manual data maintained in Google Sheets by clinic teams for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Engage with clinic teams to understand ground-level operations and identify process deviations or training needs. Collaborate with Clinic Managers and team leads to share insights and recommend improvements. Maintain structured documentation of audits and report findings, with a focus on practical corrective actions. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Prior experience in auditing, process quality, or clinic operations (healthcare or pet care industry preferred). Pet parent or previous experience with companion animals is highly desirable. Willingness to learn basic concepts of animal emotional responses to better evaluate pet-centered practices. Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel for documentation and data analysis. High attention to detail with a keen ability to spot operational gaps or inconsistencies. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Comfort with field audits across multiple locations and adaptability in dynamic operational setups. Enthusiasm for contributing to early-stage growth and building scalable systems from scratch (0-1 setup).
