Process Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate to join our Purchasing/Procurement Department. The role involves supporting the procurement process, handling vendor documentation, purchase orders, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end purchasing process, including requisition, purchase order creation, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and purchase records.
• Ensure accurate entry of procurement data into ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
• Support the team in reviewing contracts, invoices, and payment processing.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in preparing purchasing reports and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (Freshers may apply with relevant knowledge).
• Strong MS Excel and data management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
