Job Description

As a Process Associate for Invoice to Cash at Genpact, you will be responsible for conducting day-to-day operations with a focus on meeting SLAs while addressing cash application queries and maintaining customer communication. Your role will involve making collection calls, sending out invoices based on customer preferences, managing unidentified cash, processing cash applications accurately and confidentially, and resolving customer disputes by collaborating with various departments. To excel in this role, you should hold a degree in Commerce (B.Com) and possess strong English language skills, both verbal and written. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong interpersonal skills, including clear communication and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash processes would be advantageous.
