Job Title: Process Associate / Marketing Support (Fresher)Location: Mysore, KarnatakaStar Knowledge is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Marketing Support team. The ideal candidate will assist in lead generation, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and creative content development for marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and research potential leads using online tools, directories, and platforms.
Execute outbound email marketing campaigns to nurture and engage prospects.
Support LinkedIn marketing activities, including outreach, messaging, and profile optimization.
Campaign Content Creation
Create visually appealing posts, banners, and creatives for email and LinkedIn campaigns using tools like Canva (or similar).
Assist in developing marketing content such as emails, posts, and promotional materials.
Marketing Operations Support
Update and maintain lead databases and track campaign performance.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
Monitor engagement metrics and share campaign insights.
Documentation & Process Support
Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and follow internal processes.
Ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
