Job Description

As a Process Associate/Developer, Customer Service at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in identifying areas for operational adaptation and improvement. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer queries and concerns, supporting data collection for account recovery, maintaining a deep understanding of client processes and policies, reproducing customer issues, and providing excellent customer service. You will need to demonstrate critical thinking, proven work ethic, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
