Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Process Associate in our media production team.The Program Associate supports the development, coordination, and execution of media content across various platforms. This role works closely with producers, editors, and production staff to assist in pre-production planning, on-set coordination, and post-production activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about storytelling and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Support:

• Assist producers in organizing shoots, scheduling, and logistics.
• Help with booking locations, securing permits, and arranging equipment and crew.
• Serve as a liaison between different departments during production.

Content Coordination:

• Support research for scripts, guests, story elements, or locations.
• Help develop and maintain production documentation (call sheets, shot lists, production schedules).
• Track production progress and update internal content calendars or databases.

On-Set Assistance:

• Provide hands-on support during filming or recording (e.g., taking notes, managing release forms, coordinating talent).
• Help ensure production runs smoothly and on schedule.

Post-Production Tasks:

• Assist in reviewing rough cuts, gathering feedback, and managing revisions.
• Organize and archive media assets and ensure proper file labeling and metadata entry.

Administrative Duties:

• Handle paperwork such as production reports, expense tracking, and contracts.
• Coordinate internal and external communications as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in media production, broadcasting, or a related industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with media production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, production management software).
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
