Role Overview

We are looking for a Process Associate – Broker Services with exceptional analytical ability and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Advanced Excel, capable of cleaning, structuring, and managing large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, organize, and standardize large datasets for internal and client use.

• Create and maintain structured Excel tables, dashboards, and reports.

• Apply advanced Excel formulas for automation, validation, and transformation.

• Extract and format data as per project or operational requirements.

• Identify and correct discrepancies through thorough review and analysis.

• Collaborate with the Broker Services and Data teams to ensure data integrity.

• Support ad-hoc data-related projects and documentation with precision and accuracy.

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency (Formulas, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Cleaning).

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong data accuracy and quality focus.

• SQL and Python knowledge – added advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently during night shifts.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Commerce (preferred).

• Internship or prior experience in data handling or real estate-related projects is an advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
