Process Associate – BPO Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Process Associate to join our BPO Operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in back-office or front-office BPO processes and demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills. This is a day-shift only role offering a stable and growth-oriented career path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operational tasks in accordance with established SLA and quality standards.
• Process customer or client data, documentation, and requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and clients.
• Identify and report process gaps or issues to the team leader or supervisor.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the given timelines.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and data confidentiality protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO operations (non-voice or voice-based).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Flexible, reliable, and proactive with a customer-first mindset.
