Location: ERNAKULAM Department: Operations Shift: Day Shift Only Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Qualification: Any Degree Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Process Associate to join our BPO Operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in back-office or front-office BPO processes and demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills. This is a day-shift only role offering a stable and growth-oriented career path. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day operational tasks in accordance with established SLA and quality standards. Process customer or client data, documentation, and requests accurately and efficiently. Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and clients. Identify and report process gaps or issues to the team leader or supervisor. Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives. Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the given timelines. Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and data confidentiality protocols. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required). Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO operations (non-voice or voice-based). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). Flexible, reliable, and proactive with a customer-first mindset.
