Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements related to treasury and back-office processes for alternative investments.
Process Mapping & Analysis: Document and analyse current-state and future-state processes across cash movements, funding, FX hedging, reconciliations, and settlement workflows.
Change Delivery Support: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and process improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business users and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
Documentation: Produce high-quality business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and test plans.
Regulatory Awareness: Ensure processes and solutions comply with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., AIFMD, FATCA, EMIR).
Must have skill setinvestment operations cash management FX, collateral, and reconciliation processes investment accounting platforms portfolio management tools
