Job Description

As the Process Architect for Global Supply Chain Strategic Capabilities at Bristol Myers Squibb in Hyderabad, India, you will be part of a transformative team dedicated to delivering innovative medicines to patients worldwide. Within the Global Supply Chain Organization, our focus is on becoming a Digital First organization, leveraging technology, data, and analytics to drive efficient and effective supply chain operations. As a key member of the Process and Digital Excellence group, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation, continuous improvement, and value creation through digital programs and process initiatives. Your responsibilities will include supporting the execution of the digital innovation strategy, managing digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring the smooth operation of business processes within the Global Supply Chain. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and maintain process models, drive process excellence and continuous improvement, and establish KPIs to measure supply chain digital maturity. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across multiple global locations, ensuring alignment and communication of insights and value across the organization. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in global supply chain management and project management. Experience in managing business processes, process modeling, and program management within a regulated environment is essential. Proficiency in using BPMN2.0 notation, familiarity with regulatory compliance, and a strong digital and analytics skillset are also required. Your ability to communicate complex ideas, drive change, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to your success.
