Process and IT Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Process Executive at the company, you will collaborate closely with the IT team to address and resolve process-related issues encountered by employees or systems. Your role will involve evaluating existing processes to identify areas for improvement and working with internal and external teams to effectively resolve issues. Key Responsibilities: - Address workflow issues promptly - Coordinate with the IT team to resolve IT and mobile-related problems - Design new processes and provide solutions to emerging issues - Manage and assist team members with process and IT-related tasks - Demonstrate leadership by proactively identifying issues - Facilitate smooth coordination between internal teams and the IT team Qualification Required: - Analyzing existing processes for optimization opportunities - Implementing solutions to enhance workflow efficiency - Taking ownership of streamlined workflows - Overseeing process modules for seamless operations - Communicating progress to the Team Lead and Manager - Supporting teammates in IT-related tasks - Effectively managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
