Process and IT Coordinator

Overview

• Collaborate with the IT team to address and resolve process executive–related issues encountered by employees or systems.
• Evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to assist in resolving issues effectively.

Key Results

• Address process executive workflow issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with the IT team to resolve IT and mobile-related problems.
• Design new processes and provide effective solutions to emerging issues.
• Manage and assist team members with various process and IT-related tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership by proactively identifying and discussing issues with the IT team.
• Facilitate smooth coordination between internal teams and the IT team for uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate with and support teammates in different IT functions.
• Communicate phone-related issues clearly to the IT team.

Key Activities

• Analyze and evaluate existing processes to pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement solutions that enhance workflow efficiency.
• Take ownership of streamlined workflows and manage them end-to-end.
• Oversee and enhance process modules to ensure seamless operations.
• Regularly communicate progress and updates to the Team Lead and Manager.
• Support teammates in executing various IT-related tasks.
• Effectively manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
