PROCESS AND CONTROLS-MS-Staff

As an Analyst in the Consulting Risk Internal Audit team at EY, you will be responsible for handling client engagements related to Internal Audit, Process risks, Process compliance, reviews, SOX Compliance, Standard Operating Procedures manuals & Enterprise Risk Management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Executing client engagements with a focus on quality delivery as per the engagement letter. - Ensuring compliance with risk management strategies, plans, and activities of the firm. - Identifying areas requiring improvement in client's business processes and preparing recommendations. - Applying a solution-based approach to problem-solving techniques and researching delivery of solutions. - Reviewing working papers and client folders to improve engagement productivity and client service. - Developing strong relationships with clients and influencing key client contacts. - Managing engagement budgets and assisting in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals, and new solution/methodology development. Skills and attributes required for success in this role include: - Exceptional command of spoken and written English - Highly analytical, organized, and meticulous consulting skills - Strong academic background (degree in Business, Accounting, or similar work experience in a similar industry, with preference for Big 4 experience) - Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, data analysis & validation - Team player with strong interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize deliverables effectively for optimum results To qualify for this role, you must have: - CA, bachelor's in commerce OR MBA (Masters in business administration) - 1-3 years of work experience in Internal audit projects - Technical experience in Finance, Operations, or Regulatory Compliance Ideally, you will also possess: - Problem-solving skills - Ability to think differently and innovate What EY offers: At EY, you will have the opportunity to work on inspiring and meaningful projects with a focus on education, coaching, and personal development.
