Process Analyst, Payroll

As part of Oceaneering India Center, you will be contributing to Oceaneering's global operations by providing solutions in various technical fields such as Subsea Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Control Systems, Software Development, Asset Integrity Management, Inspection, ROV operations, Field Network Management, Graphics Design & Animation, and more. Our work culture is flexible, transparent, and collaborative, fostering great team synergy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Involved with internal and external audit processes. - Ensure Expense Reports compliance with Company policies, including checking supporting documentation, calculations, and account coding. - Enter electronic transfers into banking software and submit to Supervisor for approval. - Prepare reports, statutory returns, and other required returns for each country. - Assist in software upgrades implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures. - Prepare and update Process SOP's to capture new changes. - Drive Process Improvement and optimization through ideation. - Provide support in system testing and new transitions. - Verify admin-related queries and ensure accurate data processing. - Complete time admin and labor-related activities on time with accuracy. **Qualifications:** - **Required:** Commerce graduate or above. - **Desired:** Minimum of 2-7 years experience with an international company. **Qualities:** - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Customer service focus. - Accurate and methodical in approach. - Team Player, Self-motivated & Enthusiastic/Driven. - Willingness to learn new processes and implement them in a timely manner.
