Process Advisor-Student Loan

Role Overview: ApplyBoard is seeking a dedicated Process Advisor to join their team. As a Process Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding students and Recruitment Partners through the selection and application processes for various educational products. Your role will involve collaborating closely with partners and engaging directly with students to ensure a smooth application experience. Your knowledge of financial products, customer service skills, and proactive approach will contribute to the success of the lending program and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Work directly with students and Recruitment Partners to facilitate accurate and complete submission of loan applications to designated banking partners. - Engage in conversion optimization activities to ensure fast turnaround times, high login rates, and a high loan sanction rate. - Proactively follow up with students regarding processing fees and adhere to timelines for timely loan disbursement. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products offered by partner banks, including eligibility criteria and suitable options for diverse student profiles. - Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings to provide accurate information to students and Recruitment Partners. - Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing support throughout the application process. - Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to provide training on ApplyBoard's solutions and product offerings. - Actively promote various product lines and the ApplyBoard 360 Solution to students and Recruitment Partners. - Track and analyze loan application metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing the application process. - Ensure all applications comply with regulations and internal policies to mitigate risk and safeguard the organization's integrity. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Previous experience in loan advising, financial services, or related areas is an asset. - Strong understanding of financial products, especially student loans and educational financing. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail. - Proficiency in relevant software applications and CRM tools; data analysis skills are a plus.
