Process Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

Application Guidance & Loan Conversion:

• Assist students and RPs in accurately completing loan applications with designated banking partners.
• Optimize conversion by ensuring fast turnaround times, high login rates, and a high loan sanction rate.
• Proactively follow up with students regarding processing fees to ensure timely loan disbursement.

Product Knowledge:

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of partner bank products, eligibility criteria, and suitable options for diverse student profiles.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings to provide relevant guidance to students and RPs.

Customer Experience:

• Deliver excellent customer service to students and RPs, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with RPs and students to enhance satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.

RP Activation & Training:

• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to train RPs on ApplyBoard's 360 solutions and product offerings.
• Actively promote product lines and the ApplyBoard 360 Solution, emphasizing unique value propositions for students.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Track and analyze loan application metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on processing statistics and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure all applications adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data privacy laws regarding sensitive student and financial information.
