Role Overview: You will work as a Private Chef de Partie at HomeGrown Gourmet, collaborating closely with the Head Chef and culinary team to prepare and present exceptional meals while upholding the highest standards of food hygiene and quality. Your role will involve preparation, cooking, plating, and ensuring client satisfaction through exemplary service. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation and cooking of meals according to specified menus and dietary requirements of the clients. - Understand the importance of macronutrients in the diet and accurately calculate them. - Maintain rigorous standards of food hygiene and safety. - Assist in managing kitchen inventory and supplies. - Keep the kitchen workspace clean and organized. - Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and healthy dishes. - Efficiently complete tasks as per the Head Chef's instructions. Qualifications: - Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field. - About 2+ years of intermediate experience in a professional kitchen, preferably with knowledge of health-oriented cuisine. - Knowledge of nutrition and healthy cooking techniques is highly desirable. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Passion for cooking, commitment to quality, and creativity. - Proficiency with Office software suites (MS/Google), especially Excel and Word.
