Job Description

As a Salesperson at Wealth Management India, you will be responsible for developing detailed product knowledge and cultivating client relationships to create a sales strategy aligned with the bank's objectives. Your main tasks will include: - Developing a deep understanding of client needs by maintaining regular contact and researching appropriate sales solutions - Building relationships with various departments within the bank to ensure effective end-to-end client/product delivery - Operating within legal, regulatory, and bank policy requirements - Identifying and contacting prospective clients to generate future sales and repeat business Wealth Management India focuses on serving Ultra High/High Net Worth clients and families in the country by providing tailored products and solutions to address their Wealth, Lending, and Banking needs. We are seeking self-driven professionals with experience working with HNIs/Entrepreneurs and large promoter families. Ideally, you should have prior experience in Wealth Management or strong connections within the relevant client pool. You will join a highly motivated and productive team that has been a leader in the MNC Wealth Management sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing financial advice and implementing financial planning recommendations for high net-worth clients - Evaluating the need for plan reassessment based on various factors - Managing investments and buying/selling stock on behalf of clients - Building client relationships, acquiring new clients, and promoting bank products - Referring clients to other bank services to enhance their banking relationship - Ensuring service quality, client satisfaction, and compliance with bank policies Additionally, you will receive benefits such as best-in-class leave policy, flexible working arrangements, sponsorship for relevant certifications, and comprehensive insurance coverage for you and your dependents. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding the platform capabilities and aligning them with client requirements - Prospecting and onboarding key client relationships to the Wealth Management platform - Upholding DB values and culture in your work - Completing regulatory requirements and trainings in a timely manner - Sharing best practices from competitors to enhance DB's product and service platform To excel in this role, you should ideally have 15-20 years of experience in Wealth Management or a related field. Candidates from corporate/investment banking backgrounds with expertise in Wealth Management opportunities are also encouraged to apply. Active management of about 20-30 relevant clients with AUM in the range of INR 800-1500 crores and revenue generation of 8-15 crores is preferred. Senior team leads with a team size of 2-3 people delivering revenue of about 15 crores are also welcome.
