Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Administer OneTrust modules including but not limited to data subject requests (DSRs), Cookie Compliance, data mapping, and privacy impact assessments (PIAs)

• Lead the implementation of new features and applying OneTrust solutions in alignment with company policies and external regulations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure privacy technology is deployed with new or updated Privacy Laws

• Identify, design, and lead implementation of automating tasks in OneTrust Data Mapping and Privacy Assessment modules

• Advise management of potential compliance risk areas and recommend and implement appropriate action plans related to our privacy technology

• Provide consultation on applicable privacy policies and procedures

• Train and support team members on the functionalities and best practices of using OneTrust

• Maintain existing privacy technology documentation and implement ongoing training for the end-users of the technology

• Stay updated with the latest privacy laws, regulations, industry standards, and best practices, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other relevant privacy legislation

• Support audits and assessments to ensure the organizations compliance with global privacy

regulations
