You are an experienced Printing Press Manager responsible for overseeing printing operations to ensure high-quality output, efficient production, and smooth workflow. Your role involves managing and supervising staff, monitoring machine performance, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also coordinate with clients, designers, and suppliers for material procurement, optimize production processes, and train new employees on printing techniques and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily printing press operations to ensure timely and high-quality production - Manage and supervise printing staff, including operators and assistants - Monitor machine performance, schedule maintenance, and troubleshoot issues - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (ISO, GMP, etc.) - Coordinate with clients, designers, and suppliers for material procurement - Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency - Maintain inventory of printing materials (inks, plates, paper, etc.) - Train and mentor new employees on printing techniques and safety protocols - Prepare production reports and ensure deadlines are met Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in printing press management or a similar role - Strong knowledge of offset, digital, or flexographic printing processes - Familiarity with printing machinery (Heidelberg, Komori, etc.) is a plus - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform basic maintenance - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Understanding of color management, prepress, and finishing processes - Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology or related field (preferred) The company offers competitive salary + incentives, health insurance, career growth opportunities, and other benefits.
