Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Printing Master in our Digital Printing Division, located in Surat. The Printing Master will oversee the digital printing production process, ensure effective operation of machinery, and maintain high production quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing pre-press procedures, supervising printing operations, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring on-time delivery of finished products while maintaining efficiency across the workflow.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Printing processes, Print Production, and related equipment management.
• Experience in Bindery processes, including cutting, folding, and assembling, to meet precise design specifications.
• Familiarity with Print Design, with an understanding of color management, layout aesthetics, and digital file preparation.
• Knowledge of Pre-press procedures, including file setup, proofing, and ensuring readiness for production printing.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a production team, with excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Degree or diploma in Printing Technology or related field preferred; prior experience in the textile or digital printing industry is advantageous.
