Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design print advertisements for newspapers, magazines, hoardings, and brochures for various real estate projects. Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual layouts aligned with brand guidelines. Develop project branding collaterals such as site signage, standees, flyers, pamphlets, inserts, folders, and corporate profiles. Coordinate with the marketing team for project launches, offers, and campaign themes to develop creative concepts. Work closely with printers, vendors, and media agencies to ensure output quality, correct dimensions, and timely delivery. Maintain consistency in fonts, color palettes, and messaging across various media formats. Collaborate with digital designers and content writers for integrated campaigns (if needed). Stay updated with real estate ad trends and regional consumer preferences.
