Principle Analyst, SaaS Delivery - Fusion Payroll

You will be responsible for providing support, troubleshooting, configuration, and implementation for Oracle Cloud integrations with external systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with project teams to ensure accurate configuration and customization based on business requirements. - Developing and documenting functional specifications, design documentation, and user training materials. - Validating and ensuring data accuracy and integrity during system implementations and periodic upgrades. - Providing end-user training and support. - Maintaining detailed documentation on system configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting resolutions. - Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business goals. - Collaborating with the technical team for system customizations and performance optimization. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations with external systems such as HRMS, finance systems, and time and attendance systems. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with Oracle Cloud applications and tools like HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service. - Oracle Cloud HCM certification is preferred but not required. You should be ready to work in shifts, including night shifts, and the role will be based in Bangalore or Hyderabad.
